Wrong information in CIBIL Report

My name is Sunil Kumar. I have applied for car loan, but all banks refused to sanction loan based on CIBIL report. In my CIBIL report, it shows overdue of amount RS. 2, 63, 282.00 on a citi bank credit card (xxxxx7013). I never have this card. I also talk to Citibank regarding this and they say that this is wrong information in your CIBIL report. They also give me the full number of this card (4564071007957013).

I have sent mail 3 times regarding this to Cibil, but i dont get any response from CIBIL dept.
