Deposited Rs. 35000 in ATM through 2 packets at indiranagar ATM machin on 5-Feb, 4 pm. one envelop worth of 5000 got deposited, another 30000 is not reflected yet, Normally both transaction has to reflect at the same time.

Contacted citi customer care. The executive lodged a complaint and gave me the service request no.

i am waiting.

i wil update the progress.
