Citi bank subidha account
ATM cash withdrawl

I tried to withdraw amount of 2000 from mainpuri central bank ATM center from my citibank debit card on 17 October.

at the last moment due to power failure cash got stuck. so couln`t find cash and receipt . after that i communicated with citibank customer care services and they told me, as per my record, your transaction is valid.

plz help me out in this matter and please also suggest me how should i process further in this matter (i.e. either i should go with RBI or with consumer court.
