False details of loan

My name is Vance Mcghee I recently applied for a loan of £1000 on the 4th of february the loan was accepted and citifinancial said i had to pay £55 as administration fee which they took out of my account they said the money would be deposited into my account in five working day's so far i have had nothing i have tried on numerous occassions to contact them by phone i got through once and spoke to customer services i asked them why they did not contacty me they said they did not make callbacks but they ask for a contact number on their answering machine i recieved paperwork on terms and conditions by e-mail which signed and sent back I still have not recieved any money and that was ten days ago and I still cannot get them to phone me back with an answer to my request for the loan that was promised to me can you please let me know the outcome of this complaint as customer service if you can call them that they don't seem to care at all, I am at present going to see my lawyer with a view to suing citi financial for intent to defraud a member of the public
