About the payment made in month of march

Dear sir/madam,

i mr gopal kamble have taken personal loan from citifinancial consumer finance india ltd with the loan reference no. 14419951 in the year march for the trailor of 48 months. as per the terms & conditions of the loan transaction i m regularly paying monthly installment of Rs 3396 through the cheque mode. my PDC cheque were over in the month of nov & they demanded for PDC cheques. so i submitted the PDC cheque (without crossing) in nov to the person by the name RAMESH ANKALGI in this citifinancial finance india limited belgaum (karnataka). In the month of march as usual i has deposited the amt in my account & this person Mr ramesh have withdrawn the money for his personal use & the computer system in their office is showing my EMI pending for the month of march. i have got proof as entry in my passbook of my SBI account with the cheque no. 496449. so i request you to take action against the citifinancial consumer finance india ltd belgaum branch karnataka & also the person mr ramesh ankalgi. i hope you will go through this matter & clear it. i will be waiting for the result. my contact no. is 7259356040 & email id is mr.gopal_k@rediffmail.com or geetk_67@rediffmail.com
