City bank and standard chartered bank
CIBIL database not updated

Dear Sir,

I had disputes with City Bank and Standard Chartered Bank regarding the wrong statements. So they had included my name in the defaulters list in the CIBIL. Now I had settled my accounts with both the banks only after paying money, but they had not updated CIBIL database and didnot remove my name from the CIBIL database. I have the settlement letter with me mentioning that they didn't have any more demand regarding the said credit card.

I am in terrible condition as my loan is not getting approved from any bank and I have to pay huge interest or have to loose my property with great loss.

Please look after the matter in urgent basis and let me know if I have to take any steps from my side.
