CHQ BOUNCED IN AUG 09 AND NO PAYMENTS RECVD SINCE THEN

We had invested in City Realcom and since Aug 09 payments have been stopped since then as the chq bounced siting reason as Insufficient funds. Thereafter tried contacting them but could not establish any contact with them. Also had sent them a bank statement as asked by them earlier.
