CLARIS LIFE SCIENCE IPO
NON RECEIPT OF REFUND

Dear Sir,

I have invested in CLARIS LIFE SCIENCE IPO at the upper price band of Rs 293/- for 2 lots ie for 44 shares (total amount invested was Rs.12892/-)

After 2 days the price band was revised Rs 228/--235/- before allotment

On date of allotment, the shares are alloted at the price of Rs 235/- per share and alloted quantity was 36 shares instead of 44 shares.

but still i have not received any refund from the company. The refund calculation is

for no of 36 shares = 36 * 58 (the difference amount of 293-235) = 2088/-

for 8 shares which are not alloted = 8*293 = 2344/-

Total receivable amount is = 4432/-
