Hotel Cancellation charges

Dear Sir

This is to inform you that i hv booked online hotel through cleartrip.com from 01/01 to 03/01 ie for 3 nights. But due to my son sudden illness i cancelled the booking online at 11.30 am on 31/12/10.

Its is clearly mentioned in the terms & condition that one day charges will be dueduced if cancelled before 24 hrs check in which is 12 PM

But they have dudected the one day amount even i hv cancelled on 11.30.AM
