Saving A/C debited without permission

Dear Sir / Madam
I have a saving bank account with ICICI Bank since last more than 10 yrs. Yesterday I went to atm centre as usual to withdraw money, but found that ICICI bank have debited my saving account and adjusted my money into their credit card account.
My concern is how can they pitchin into my saving account and without my premission they adjusted my saving account into my credit card account.
I want you help to resolve this issue. kindly advise.
