Non refund of non alloted share in coal IPO

Respected Sir/Ma'm,

This with reference to Bid - Application No: - 8022584 had invested in 100 nos. equity shares of amount Rs. 24500/-, cheque no. - 135621 dated - 21-10-10 (ICICI Bank - Canaught Place Branch (a/c - 000701604204)) in Coal India IPO.

I had been alloted 50 shares, but still the balance amount has not been refunded back to my DMAT A/c.

Kindly take action.
