Non refund of IPO money

This is to inform you that i had applied for 25 Nos. Coal India Limited through share khan and has not been allotted any shares. However i am yet to receive the refund cheque for the same. My Customer ID 905500, DP ID is 467120, Application Id- 1203600000467120.It was sent through speed post which has been returned back to the registrar. However the reason of return was not stated. Also no one had tried to contact me on this... I had tried to contact the registrar, i.e link time india private limired several time and had given several mails for which they had never responded.

Request you to arrange to refund my amount asap. KIndly treat this as most urgent.
