Not recieved refund

Dear sir,

i applied in IPO of coal india limited my application no.

was 13400673

after allotment refund of 9763.25 rupees by refund order no. 1246650 was sent by you by speed post as per status updated on your site.

but it was not delivered to me. may be postman delivered to other party.

so you are requested kindly look in to the matter and re issue refund order check to my address mention below.

as i have already written mail to your ID many times your customer care showing how they are working in your organisation that no body is looking after them and any complaint as still there is no reply from your side.

so my request to you kindly reissue my refund cheque and sent my address mentioned below.
