Late receipt of refund

Refund Advice: Srl: 5333355/19355/37195133... Allotment advice: 1019355..Appl... 37195133... Refund amount Rs. 51682.75. dated 1.11.2010.., In this connection I thank you very much for sending me the aforesaid refund order received by me on 6.11.2010 and will be deposited in the Bank on 8.11.2010 likely to be credited in the Bank on 10.11.2010. Could you please inform me why the amount was not sent through ECS when all the details were with you, as many investors have received the refund through ECS even on 2.11.2010? Delay in receiving the refund late resulted in the loss of interest and benefit to the Bank who will clear the amount only on 9.11.2010. Thus the transaction amounts to gross deficiency in service. I will appreciate your early reply. Thanks
