Not getting refund

I applied coal india share wide application no 33724811 for Rs.98000, till 11/11 2.15pm not gettng refund i am a senior citizen.i tried to contact speed post telephone number18002337999 along with no given on linkin india sight EM618268690IN, they said they have not received refund instrument from coal india

kindly look into the matter and justify me by getting refund along with loss of compensation as i could not utilise the money in filling power greed issue
