Not getting refund

I applied coal india share wide application no 33724813 but till date not getting refund for rs 98000.

i enquired to company site they gave speed post courier noEM

618268709IN.but on inquiry with speed post telephone no 18002337999

they informed that they are not in receipt of refund instrument from coal india. coal india has given speed post no by its own.

i request you to look into the matter and help me in getting my refund amount along with loss of compensation at the earliest
