Colaba Police Station
Not Filing a FIR

There has been a credit card fraud on my Citibank Shoppers Stop Credit Card fir Rs. 10, 000/- on 25/10. I called Citibank and they have directed me to file a police complaint and send them a copy of the FIR. I approached the Colaba Police Station and they said they cannot file an FIR and they needed an application for the same. I wrote an application to the Colaba Police Station which at first they were not accepting. However after meeting a senior official they accepted the application on 29/10.

They have called me several time to the police station and still not registered the FIR and have been giving me the run. I am very disappointed and therefore n writing this complaint. The inspector handling the complaint tells me that they have still not been able to identify the jurisdiction.

I stay at Colaba and therefore to my knowledge the complaint has to be files in Colaba Police Station.
