Closing of policy

I had taken a life insurance poilcy in the name of my son-Arun Prakash. Poilcy No: 102227295. As the service was awful I wanted to clsoe my policy. After at least some 10 to 15 emails, they finally directed me to send the original policy etc-which was sent by speed post to Guragaon on 9/2 in No: ET164326025 IN-which was never acknowledged-all my mails to their service centre Ref No: 213764 fell into deaf ears. The amount involved is over Rs.43000-which they promised to refund. Until todate (3/4) no developments inspite of my harsh language used regarding the most disgusting service. It amounts to cheating the public (in common parlance). Whereas if there is even one day delay in payment of premium we are flooded with emails, phone calls and above all SMSs, no response if the company has to pay our legitimate money- What sort of management, God only knows! At this rate they cannot continue for long, one day the bubble will burst as I could see from other affected parties like me. Can you kindly advise me how to proceed further before seeking criminal action or whatever appropriate, I am at a loss!
