Regarding ATM Transaction

I have withdraw 10, 000 RS from SBI ATM from sector 24, noida and I have not receive money from ATM and withdraw amount was debited from my account and regarding that I have complained in to my SBI branch Noida sector 2, but not any response is received from bank and my money is still pending its already 2 years gone but bank is not taken any action regarding this, please help me.
