Corp bank debit card
Not getting new card

Sir,

I had taken a debit card from your bank in the year bearing no-4027 4121 1901 3538 which expired on 31/08 and since then, I am following with the same bank, but no result. Pl help me to get the new card for which I am much worried. Your bank simply tells that they have not received it so far.

Moreover, my services now transferred to Bihar and I have also incorporated necessary changes at my address at your Surya Nagar BO Bhubaneswar for your doing the needful.
