No Response from IBSN

Hi

I am filing my tax returns with IBSN this year.

From registration i got continious call from IBSN till i make my payment.

After payment they sent me a PDF with mistakes

i wrote to them but no response, i tried calling the indian contact numbers,

either no reponse or they are switch Off.

can anyone pls help me with this.

can someone pls provide me the escalation numbers or email ids.
