I undersigned has transferred my pension account No- 30419372165 from SBI Khadki, Pune to SBI, Sector -82 NOIDA (UP). However, it is learnt that CPPC Mumbai has sent my papers to my bankers in Noida Sector -82 branch, who has in turn send to CPPC Dehli Chandni Chowk along with, life certificate in respect of Lt Col Gagan Deep Sharma (Retd).

It is submitted that my pension has not been credited in my pension account as mentioned above for last two months i.e. Sep and Oct till date.

In view of the above said, you are kindly requested to proces my pension papers and credit in my account at the earliest as i am facing financial hardships.

Madam, Please find enclosed my application along with the scan copies

of PPO and corrigendum issued there after. for your further action. I

had applied for change of CPPC Mumbai to CPPC New Delhi in Dec.
