Not attendence while on deposite

My PPF account no 80000402 existed at HPO arrah (Bihar). My self gone fordepositing money but at counter no 1 may be named Ram ptrabesh sent me to APM five times but APM STAFF has gone away while he is on duty (mAY BE hIS NAME was RAJENDER) as the balance 319414.00 written on pass book is not matching in his ledger. Though this is counting error but for consumer can not be harrassed and his depositer to be ignored..My self came from my service all the way from Tadipatri.

May I request please rectiofy the calculation error and action be taken to those who harrsed me for only this small issue.

Intimation to be given what action to be taken anmd what is done to me as compansate me.
