Non performrnce of agreement

The above said company had taken money from me and doing nothing i have mailed them the following material but no reply from there end. What should i do now?

Subject: Non-performance of (FDC) agreement and refund of advance

Sir

I Sanjiv Ahuja had signed an agreement with you on 30.12. in which I had paid Rs. 30, 600/-(rupees thirty thousand six hundred only), through cheque number 440617 dated 01.01. drawn on UCO bank, Bhargav Camp Branch, Jalandhar City, Punjab.

As per agreement you were supposed to pay a sum of Rs.-(approx.) as minimum return for the first three months and that you were to supply stock/material.

Now five months have passed and nothing has been done from your side. I have talked to your personnel in Punjab on several occasions but he was not able to give satisfactory replies.

Someone told me that your product has not been approved by the government of Punjab and you are busy in Himachal Pradesh.

The above said agreement is bound to lapse after eleven months from the date of execution.

After considering the above facts, I request you to refund my Rs. 30, 600/- given to you as advance and cancel the agreement.

Kindly do the need full as early as possible.
