Not yet recieved Credit card pin no

Sir,

I got HDFC Credit card in the month of October. I was using the card for shopping and repaying it. I can't use the card for withdrawl of money as i not yet recieved the pin no. I informed your HDFC members while they came to my concern (iGate Global Solutions).
