Self cheque not clear by other branch

I have present a self paid cheque in dated 07.04.2010 of Rs. 2775/- dated 06.04.2010. cheque no. 013439 current accont no.274440200000537 of shri balaji label.in branch shalimar bagh, delhi 110052.

present in shakti nagar branch, but shakti nagar branch is not cear the cheque, they are saying me to clear this cheque to accout holder branch.

so what is the mean of cbs branches.
