Unethical mode of Buisiness deactivating lead to deducting high service charges

Friends do not subscribe for Day Gains services (never in life)..
Recently i had subcribed for their service... which brought me the losses every day on MCX-bullion... within 4days of subcription i went for deactivating their services.. During settlement their invocie came surprising to me with activating/deactivating charges are made to match their quaterly package hence hardly got coins in result... for the amout paid for their quaterly pack...
Looking forward for some advice... if anyone have
