DEBITTED TWICE

Sir,

I used my Debit Card no.5044370360009124 at about 01 pm on 02nd April, to withdraw Rs.1- through ATM located at Central Bank, Civil Lines, Ludhiana, but the power failed while transacting, no transaction could therefore complete. I therefore tried again and received Rs. 1- this time. But to my dismay, Rs. 1- is debited to my account twice where as I COULD RECEIVE THE AMOUNT OF Rs. 1- ONLY ONCE.

I therefore request to please arrange to investigate into the matter and arrange the credit of balance amount of Rs. 1- to my account no. 1251938475 at your earliest and oblige.

Needless to mention that the matter was communicated by the concerned Bank to your Fax no 022-22028788 on 03 rd April itself, and also one reminder on 17th April.
