Wrong NEFT transfer from ICICI to HDFC by mistake - 50, 000 INR

Hi there,

I have made a wrong transfer of 50, 000 INR by mistake from ICICI (a/c - 100701000558) to HDFC account (a/c - 05231610032989).

I tried to contact that person and he is saying he has not received any money while I have full proof that he has received the money.

I thought of going to civil court and raise a complaint but it is a last option.

Do you have any advise or do anything?
