Waiver of charges

Dear Sir,

My SBI credit card no : 4006 6760 3403 3214 name of Devanshi Ashish Thakkar.

I had received the bill Amount of Rs.1768.83 dated 12/12. Which has been already paid before the due date. In this connection i would like to inform you that you charged me three times 540.00 Rs. against the use of ONE MOBIKWIK SYSTEMS-T MUMBAI, which has been used by only one time Rs.540.00 and you debited me Rs.1620.00 (540x3). I have also checked with my ONE MOBIKWIK SYSTEMS-T MUMBAI account.

However, i had talked to SBI Customer care for the same and they advice us that contact to SBI registerd Website and make a complaint and you may received a solution within a 24 hours. Kindly shortout the matter and give us our credit as soon as earliest.
