Challan for more than receipt

To Whomsoever.

Today I parked my bike in front of autoparts shop in Nana Peth, and was waiting for shop owner to repair my helmet.

suddenly a boy came and asked me to move, I thought he needs path to go. So I moved but then the other boy came and said I have parked in no parking and later I came to know that the first boy also with him.

And they took my bike to the vehicle collection van with a traffic cop.

That officer asked me to pay 400Rs as charges, But I said its not my fault, but the boy asked me to move.

He asked me the proof, but how can I proved him the proof of this thing.

Though I paid the said amount because he was threatening me to take may bike.

But in return he gave me the receipt of 50Rs only.

And went in the Van quickly.

The Officers name is Mr. Dhananjay Dalvi.
