Excess Amount Charged

I have booked railway tickets from Hyd to Chennai for dated 23/10 thru Debit Card at A.S.Rao Nagar Reservation Counter, as per ticket the amount is 1558 but the lady at the counter has swiped my Debit Card for Rs.1588. She as swpied my card for Rs.30/ - extra the amount is minimal but why is that so, why should the lady at the counter should charge me excess and why cant she punch in the correct amount. When I brought the same to her notice she has not given a proper reply and Her behaviour is also rude and the way she is speaking is worse. This Rs.30 will go to the railway account or to the booking lady. Can you please look into the same and do the needful.
