DHFL
Non refund amount

Hi,

I had applied for housing loan in DHFL bank, initially (at the time of collecting documents) I paid 5600 rupees to process the loan and they told me, half of the amount is refundable if the loan is not sanctioned... I did not provide one document so finally they said without that document loan will not be approved.. when I asked about 5600rs that I have paid initially, they said two times we have applied for legal clearance, so still you need to pay some amount

Please let me know what kind of steps I can take for this..
