Processing fee charged but now says can't give the laon

Hv been contacted by Mr Amandeep from DHFL Faridabad branch. Doct submited on 8the Nov.

Time and time again have been ask to submit otheer docts also and have ensured theat 9 lac loan is sanctioned as per thee income proof and all.

But time again has been ask to submit thee ATS (Agreement to Sell) at thee time of submission of ATS has been cleared theat one of thee one POA Power of attorney and one original registry from thee chain is not missing.

and we will submit thee court certified copy.theay said theey will confirm thee same.

And has been confirmed me theat 7.5 lac loan is got sanctioned on thee bases of technical.

but now at thee final stage following after 100 times I have been told theat theis can't be done since theey need all

chain docts in original..and loan can't be sanctioned.

hence thee deal has been broken.

theis is a very embarrassing situation for me since I have already paid thee advance on thee commitment of 7.5 lac is sanctioned.

hence theere is no proactive approach is taken by thee DHFL people and theeir concern is to get thee processing fee cheque clear.

after having thee all above incident I will request you to pls refund my money of processing fee rs.5515/- 099577 dt and docts back.
