Delay in processing payment

Dear sir, this is mr.santhosh kumar informes to u.i am purchasing HP LAPTOP in ebay.com on the date of 1/12.and payment is made from online mobile banking to paymate (sbi mobile) of rs.23, 499. Through paymate but the amount is debit from my a/c. And paymate customer excative said amount not reach our a/c. Payment details .mode of payment: PAYMATE transacation code: PMT14127 Sbi transacation code:020153336551 amount:23, 499rs, pls sir advise me what can do?
