DHFL
DHFL is charging me 3% of total outstanding amount as a penalty to close this account

I have taken a home loan in due to more rate of interest charging by DHFL, I have approached by other bank & got approved, now DHFL is charging me 3% of total outstanding amount as a penalty to close this account. This is over loaded me about 60000/- please support.
