Irresponsibility and harassment

To whomsoever it may concern,

I, Mr. Berwin Dhanjal residing at JB nagar for the past 8 years have been harassed repeatedly by the employees of your company.

The previous owners of our flat had subscribed to your gas connection (piped). After we have taken over the flat there has been no usage of your gas. We still prefer using our LPG.

Repeatedly, people from mahanagar have arrived to my residence and troubled my family regarding the gas connection because they insist on taking a reading even after I tell them that there is no one using it for 8 years even when i tell them to take the connection out they will no comply.

This is really irresponsible that after several complaints made to you personally you yet have failed to oblige to the disconnection of your service in our flat and continue to harass us.
