I was got a policy from Kotak life insurance Branch office C 1 Janakpuri opposit Janak Cinema D/ centre New Delhi.

The adviser is Mr. Ravi His mobie No.9560785566. who had come at my home from that time i wanted to take policy by ECS that is deduct per

month from account then Ravi told me that if your are paid Rs. 13000. for six month so after six month your policy will be convert in ECS mode after that i paid. that amount but after six month my policy have laps without inform me.

I recently received the bound paper. whenever i contact with Ravi then he told me that i dont know anything oyur policy have opne
