Annual charges & service tax charged to be waived

Dear Sir,

In spite of commitment to waive off the annual charges & service tax charged on the credit card from the beginning, every year, you are charging annual charges & taxes & then waiving off later on, on our request every time. Also we don't get statement in that month. Now would you pl waive off the same at the earliest? & send the monthly statement for Nov.2011 & Dec.2011.

Also we intend to get increase in our Credit limit to at least Rs. 50, 000/- only so that I can get my International/domestic Air tickets on Credit card.

PL do the needful & inform us at the earliest.
