Non refund of money

Dining plus people contacted me and hurriedly they gave me some offers of card. I replied that I will make inquiry about it, think and then decide about it later on but some how they succeeded to fetch Rs. 5499.00 from my SBI credit card on 15.11.2011 .When I got informed about it on my phone through SMS from SBI, I immediately tried to contact Dining Plus on the phone numbers available on their websites. I tried to contact their Mumbai office and Delhi office but it was of no avail as no body picked up the phone despite hour long effort. This further added to my suspicion about the Dining Plus. On 17.11.2011 I mailed them a request to refund my money and not to send their Dining plus card package. They accepted my request of not sending the card for which I am thankful but as yet they have not refunded my money in my credit card account. I think this organisation is fleecing people and legal action should be taken against Dining Plus.
