We are sorry to hear about your experience. I have receive call from ur end but i have never assured to your guise charge me 5499/- in my credit card statement . person has told me you will get free of cost this card. and till now i have not receive any card/document from ur end. but you have charge me in my current statement without my permission. I request to you kindly cancelled this amount from my statement immediate effect. otherwise i will take legal action against ur company.
