Wrong Withrawl of ATM Payment

This is to inform you that My P&B account no 4447000100071057and On 28/08 at 15:30 i withrawl Rs.8, 000 from my ATM in Dwarka Sec.06 from P&B ATM after some time i withrawl Rs. 5, 000 from HDFC Bank due to server problem the message is shoews your time is over i tried two times in DwarkaSec 5 Plot Not 11 HDFC Bank but there was no transaction found at that time but when I tried from AXIS bank and withdrawl Rs. 5000 From this ATM when i Saw the Receipt Rs. 5, 000 Debit into my account in same Dwarka Sec.5 I am Shocked Rs. 5, 000/- debit on my account.

For General information My Credit Limit is Rs. 15, 000 Per Day and If I am already withdrwal Rs. 8, 000 from P&B ATM Rs. 5000 from HDFC ATM Rs. 5000 AXIS ATM The total of the amount is Rs. 18, 000 how is it possible. Sir This is my hard work Income and i really thankful if P&B take care of my account please transfer the Unwithdrawl amount into my account.
