Relocation of cable

Hi,

My name is ARINDAM SARKAR. VC no. is 01509639493. I shift quarter from D 40/12 to D37/2 in Lab quarter, Kanchanbag, HYD -500058 on 14/10. Till to day (19/10) i can not shift antenna and cable as the local agent (of course Dish TV agent) not hear my call.

Now i want to know what is the relocation charge as per company rule, and second give me the name and address and phone no of your agent so that he can do the work.

responce as early as possible.
