Not rendering service since 27/05

My brother Mr Carlyle Mc Farland, Principal La Martiniere College Lucknow, is a DishTV DTH client. He has recently shifted his redidence to the school premises ie. La Martiniere College for Boys Lucknow-226001 in the capacity of principal. I had requested on his behalf that the Dish TV Installation be shifted from his present residence i.e. 3 RF Bahdaurji Marg (behind Jawahar Bhawan Lucknow) to the College premises but inspite of calling the local office on tele no. 522-4077898 & DishTV Toll free no andf after being given complaint no 59969224 no one has attended to the complaint. The customer is being put to hardship even after being a member for several years. Kindly look into the complaint
