InAppropriate lead tranfer (Deny of Refund)

I paid 15000/- to DNAZ infoline for giving leads of AC repairing and installing, the charges for one lead was Rs.250/ hence the total lead to be provided should have been 60 proper leads, but they gave me 18 leads out of which 3 were materialize and I earned net 1200/- which is not justifying the lead quality and also the cost incurred for leads is inappropriate and very high. Hence I went to them for proper lead or refund of money. Just to get rid of me they closed saying they will give 20 more leads as if blessed obligation on me, though deal was for proper 60 leads, I don't trust this department, Because I had aslo given 1- another cheque which I will dishonour, but they are forcing me to get this payment done in their favor then only they will give the lead, They just want to make money out of a poor man. I am earning and meeting my needs thru this petty work and had made the payment of 15000/- by taking a loan from friend expecting to get good job from DNA thru and leads and thought of refunding if I earn good money, but here I am losing unnecessraily my money. Please help me to get the refund of Rs.15000/-
