Non issuance of fresh ttk health card

Me and my wife are holders of your ttk health card, which i renewed in dec. 2010 through my cr card of vijaya bank. and an amount of rs.3694.22 was debited from my account on the 27th of dec.ref. no.242..

though i had written to ur card div. i have yet to hear from them. and when i called their toll free no. 2 weeks ago, was informed that the matter would be solved in a weeks time!!!

i did face a similar problem 2 years ago, and its now repeating itself again.

i hope to hear from you'll at the earliest, or else i would be forced to take legal action against you.
