DELAY IN GIVING CHEQUE

I Dr. Thanaraj a govt. servant put up 20 years service, till continuing and my retirement is 2019. i previouly availed house loan (loan no.3031090) which i preclosed without any default. Now i again applied for house loan and i submitted my appl. in the 1st week of may. at velachery office. i submitted all the relevant documents as required by them and i was sanctioned the loan amount Rs.23.5 lakhs. i paid the processing fee Rs.11000 by cheque and also Rs.1000 in cash to the agent Mr. Ashok kumar as demanded by him. I gave collateral property worth 30 lakhs and the documents are with LICHFL. and I am a govt servant. my salary is credited to IOB velachery branch and i gave the ECS form to LIC HFL office. still my loan amount is not released.

my cousin employed in private company is also applied LIC loan for a flat in the same building FROM your virugambakkam office (loan no.400011318) and he was sanctioned the amount within a week.

I don't know why there is so much delay in the velachery office when I given all the neccessary things to them as required.
