DTC Cargo Packers Movers

They failed to re-imburse the insurance value of Rs.7000/- for a damage to LG microwave in shipping from Bangalore to Mumbai. The Microwave is not Repairable as the LG service center do not have the required parts in stock.

The company failed to disclose that 85% of the item value would be re-imbursed when we declared the value of all goods being shipped and paid an insurance premium of RS.450 @ 3% interested rate on total value of 15000/- of all items being transported.

After repeated assurances that the we would get the said 85% they failed to send us the cheque.
