Respected sir,

with great respect and all due submission, i wish to say that I have done on line shopping from itasveer they send through DTDC service. But at gorakhpur when my parcel had arrived on 30 april 11 on same day they called meon my cell, unfortunately i missed it. After few minutes i called back and asked him about my parcel they told me that the boy has gone to deliver. But i can't received the parcel. on same day i checked the status on internet i came to find that they send back because of insufficient address. Next day is sunday and day after that i called them they told me that we can't do any thing. You can do what ever u want. I am attaching below all details.

Kindly take some strict action against such behave and carelessness.
