Non Delivery of Envelope containing original FD

Vide Consignment NO.f05662167 dated 8th March I sent one enveope containing original FD of ICICI Bank from Thane to Banglore.

The so called best company's phone nos are never atteneded by the staff nor do they update on websiite regarding delivery status. I sent mails to their customer care thru their Thane office, in person, but in vain. Will my problem be solved? How can anyone help me in this regard. This is not the first experience. It happened during the month of February too. Fortunately the consignment was delivered after 10 days.
